RMB and dispatch glitch

The Democritus RMB appears to be breaking whenever a player posts their dispatch (https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=1245002) on it. All subsequent RMB posts for the rest of the page are in bold, until it refreshes on the next RMB page. We think we've identified that this occurs when a dispatch has an extra bold tag that isn't complete (and fixes if he changes the code in the dispatch), but other players have been unable to replicate it in other dispatches. Might be worth a check. Apologies if this has already been reported somewhere or is already known, but this is the first time we've noticed it and I didn't see it already in this subforum.
