[question] Telegraming new nations just in my region?

How can I send region-wide telegram to specifically new nations in the region? I'm not trying to reach out to new nations across the other regions, just the West Pacific. Can this be done using the API, perhaps?

The above method would work for telegrams to nations founded in your region, but not nations that move there. The welcome telegram available to regional officers with communications powers would catch everyone.

I'd also suggest looking into whether it would be legal for you, a regional officer of a certain feeder region to use the above method while another officer is using a welcome TG. Seems like double dipping for your feeder to me, and something that seems pretty questionable. Seems most likely to me you should put whatever you think you want to tell new nations in TWP into your already existing welcome TG.
