Factbooks are not appearing!!!!!

dispatches I have categorized as 'factbooks' are not appearing in the factbook area. They do appear in the dispatch area, but considering they are categorized as factbooks, shouldn't they appear in the factbook section of my nation?

Update: Only one factbook appears now. I'm very confused.

Yeah I saw it yesterday its weird but don't bump often only if thread falls off page or 24 hours pass whichever is latest, an admin or some guy should be able to respond hopefully but it's not urgent
