URGENT: Ignore option does not work

Hello,

The "Notices" > "Subscriptions" > "Ignore" option does absolutely nothing at all. This is completely unacceptable.
The RMB is inundated with nonsense, spam, and insanity, and there is nothing one can do about it. For a product with paying customers, this is intolerable.

I'm serious, fix this ASAP!

Easy there, buddy. Angry demands never solve anything.

What issue are you trying to fix, exactly? Adding nations to your ignore list? Or turning off notifications for your Regional Message Board? I've made tons of nations, and turning off notifications has always worked perfectly.

Also, while some folks do choose to donate a little bit to the game, the vast majority do not. This is a free game with an unpaid staff of volunteers. And you do not even seem to be one of those donors.

From the [?] info box next to the Ignore List:
You may block particular nations from sending you telegrams or generating notices. To add a sender to your Ignore List, click a telegram's timestamp (e.g. "3 hours ago"). This will take you to a page displaying the telegram by itself, with a "Block Sender" link near its bottom-right.

The Ignore function prevents the listed user from sending you telegrams, and it prevents you from getting a notice if they try to tag you using the [nation] tag in RMB posts or Dispatches. It has nothing to do with curtailing the "nonsense, spam, and insanity" of a region's message board. The only cure for that is to find a region with a community that doesn't flood their RMB in such a manner; or you can always create your own region and then eject anyone from the region who posts in a manner you don't like. "Catholic" is a relatively large region, simple fact is that the bigger a region is the faster-moving and often more nonsensical its RMB can get because you have more people talking at the same time.
