No Warning for CTE

I have a number of puppets, including this one, and have them mostly set to vacation mode with "Email me warnings of impending apocalypses" so that I get an email to log in to them every so often so they don't CTE. And I was getting them, but recently, I have had a dozen puppets CTE without warning. My email is correct and I have the boxes checked, so I'm not sure what's going on. Any help would be appreciated.
