CRITICAL POST WITH A LOT OF ERRORS IN GAME

IT IS UNNACEPTABLE TO BEING FORCED TO COMPLAIN WITH THIS ERRORS AFTER MORE THAN 10 YEARS OF GAME
Policies must be pickable by the government and stop being random assigned by complicated issues, which only allow you to have success if you see the responses on the wiki.
Policies must have a time before being applied to the nation. And a timer to avoid it being constantly changed.
Also the unrealistic number of population...Have i really to say this after years with billions of population? COME ON
Why the game still associate more quality with more government funding in critical stats?
It needs a change to allow you to personalize funding and a complete rework of the taxing and spending system.
Why the issues have to be generic and avoid often normal solutions?
The issues should have more than 5 option each before they get approved.
About the army i will not even ask for implementing war cause the lazy bad designer will not do. Each nation should be able to spend the money in different sectors and equipment. Actually it does not you only allow it you have army by funding spent.
Why the state can not administrate the state bussiness directly?
It is another feature to be reworked.
Why there is not an special Hazmat police to have money spent on preparations on Nuke day or Z day?
It is another horrible fact during the rest of the year you can not prepare nothing for it.
Why a nation has to lose all his influence and endorsement when it becomes inactive a month?
I am quitte frustated sometimes i need a cut off from the game and do not connect and for only this i lose each few moths all my influence and endorsments.

I hope Max Berry will try to fix a bit of all of this heavy review.
If someone knows more errors in or not patched traits inside the game i encourage to put them up in this thread to force Max to improve the game

None of these are bugs.

Nations do not, in fact, necessarily lose all their influence after a month.

N-day and Z-day are outside the normal game mechanics.

Also, this site is partly satirical in origin, hence the often wacky issue options and effects, and the lack of trade and war systems is by design. You can customize your nation to a certain extent during its creation by picking a particular option ("liberal", "anarchic", "psychotic", etc.) and answering the seven questions on the nation creation page, so it's not like everyone starts out with a 50/50/50 inoffensive centrist democracy, and issues have been the primary mechanic for instituting new laws and changes in your nation's operation since 2002. Population is little more than a roundabout way of measuring approximately how long a nation has been active, and it has also worked the same way since 2002.

As an aside, the "policies" feature didn't exist until 2017, and it's not as though a feature along similar lines to war doesn't exist: in Nation Challenge, you battle other nations and the winner is determined based on a comparison of the results of randomly picked statistics (crime rate, lifespan, pizza industry, etc.). It isn't exactly like war, seeing as how the other person has no knowledge of you having challenged them, but if you'd like to feel better than someone else, it's worth a shot. :D

A game being satirical is not an excuse to do not fix errors. And to add very few content. Do not be a normie. Also i knew the polcies did not exist beofre i play this since 2014 and the designer is quitte apearring to do not care of the game

The Technical forum is for reporting technical problems or suggesting new features where suggestions are made in good faith. It is not a place to post in bad faith demanding that we remake NS into a totally different game and labeling Max's design choices, which you know were deliberate design choices, as "errors".
