Dead Ex-nations Being Pulled From New Packs

The original announcement had mentioned that ex-nations shouldn't be able to be pulled from new packs.

Yuno had mentioned pulling a dead ex-nation and we just had another one pulled here: https://www.nationstates.net/page=deck/ ... _history=1

Is this intended or a bug? I'm guessing it's related to the card being up for sale since Yuno happened to pull one while it was up for sale as well, but there isn't a lot of instances of it happening that I've seen.

I think that's the only time one of them can be pulled. I have a card I am the sole owner of that I was using to see if I could sell to myself and increase its value. Turns out it doesn't, but shortly after I put the card up someone pulled it and tried to steal from me. I had the card for two weeks as the sole owner, then someone pulled it maybe 30 minutes after I put it up. My guess is that when cards go up for sale for a high amount, there is a higher probability of that card being pulled, as an attempt to counter bank transfers. And in the case of Ex-nations, which normally shouldn't be pulled, it creates that possibility.

There currently is indeed an, albeit very low, probability that an ex-nation card is provided in a pack. No comment on whether or not there might be a relation with a card being up for sale.

Rom used the same card for a transfer and again a new copy was pulled during that sale, so it does look like there may be a trigger during auctions.

Hopefully that's the only trigger. I don't want them for bank transfers; I'm just looking out for my collection.
