Log into that nation and select the option to revive it. Simple as that.

On a related note. I can't remember my ancient password and apparently I never validated my email. Am I SOL on Joesville?

If you want to revive an old nation and you remember the password, you can just log into it on the regular login page.

If you are unable to get into your nation by the usual means, but you still have some way to prove the nation is yours, submit a GHR and explain the situation.
