[Suggestion] An idea for change

As you might know, there are people that make nations just to seem recognized. If you go to Regions and look at the civil rights, it is full of regions like 0000000000. I feel that moderators and administrators should strike these down, as they can give frustration to get a accurate, true, result. I think there should be identification if they are real, I am unsure how yet.
