[Cards] How to get them??

I read that answering issues has a random chance of obtaining cards - how long does it take? Is it really a rare occurrence or should I not go to Vegas?

Usually I'll get one to two decks of cards for every 5 issues I answer.

I've been getting about one pack of cards for every two issues I answer. They're not rare.

I haven't gotten any packs on the majority of my puppets for about 5 or 6 issues answered..Is this on purpose?

I think we should stay away from Vegas.

It's supposed to average one pack per five issues answered.

Yeah, I believe you've just been unlucky, thus far.

Some of my nations go on a streak of getting a pack every other issue. Others go through ten issues with nary a card in sight.

You are not using an app like Stately are you? Issues answered by API will not generate card packs. Otherwise, that is the disadvantage of when things are random...sometimes you can get quite a streak of bad luck.

Simple - for every few issues you answer, you get a pack of cards. You can open the pack and get a set of cards - junk or sell any you don't want.

Check to make sure that you haven't turned cards off in your settings. Otherwise; as others have said that's a risk when things are random. There are times when some of my nations go for days at a time without getting card packs.

Not quite. For every issue you answer there's a chance of getting a pack of cards. You're never guaranteed to get them.
