Can I change my region’s name?

My friend and I have collaborated on a region called United Socialist Powers. However that isn’t attracting many people and I think our name is one factor. So if we want to change our name can we? Or must we create another region...

You can't change a region's name. You'll have to create another region and move everyone there (which means losing your RMB history in the process).

However, it's going to take more than a good name to attract people to your region.
