[Proposal]Security Council Resolution:Clear Endorsements

Postby Old Hope » Tue Nov 13, 2018 9:31 am

A resolution to instantly remove WA membership from a nation. The nation may re-apply after the passage.

A resolution to temporarily remove all endorsements from a nation

I have been thinking about a suitable Security Council resolution that neither affects any founder powers nor has any impractical effect, but that is effective, without being prohibitive, against invasions as well as effective in disrupting regions(if wanted, because WA resolutions should be a double-edged sword).
I think this resolution fills a gap the SC needs, it does not affect founder powers unduly(No founder can grant WA endorsements), it is effective(removing endorsements from a delegate can disrupt a region even if the region is prepared), it is not prohibitive(a broad base of trusted WA nations with endorsements and enough nations with WA membership make using this resolution continuously ineffective); but it can be very effective in overthrowing one or two nations that have amassed World Assembly Endorsements in regions with a strong regional resistance.

Edited after the forum admin told me that WA ejection would probably never be in normal player's hands.

If I understand correctly, this would ban a specific nation from the region, separate from the ban list controlled by the founder and delegate, correct?

Edit: I very misread the proposal. I am very much against.

Except the user you're trying to eject from the WA can re-apply and post to their RMB to re-endorse them. Also, the Security Council process is far slower than the WA application and endorsement process.
The user behind this nation is a member of Atlantian Oceania (2006-Present); former member of The Black Hawks (2018-2020) and Kawaii Armed Forces (2017). Proceed with caution.

Ejection from the World Assembly is strictly a moderation power, and as such is highly unlikely to be granted to players in any capacity, sorry.

I’d rather this stay a moderator power. This could be way too abused as a feature.

In this case I will just reword this to prevent this from destroying the idea.
