Resigned and Rejoined WA, Endos Not Working

I decided I wanted to properly endorse everyone in my region again so I resigned and rejoined the WA as a slightly easier way to do it. (in my twisted mind)
However, even after waiting for the WA update and resigning/rejoining the WA again, I wasn't able to go straight to endorsing everyone and everything was just the way it was before I resigned in the first place, even after waiting for the WA update.
I'm probably being stupid and I'm not seeing anything, but would still like help.

I'm not understanding what you're trying to do, but you can't do any endorsing unless you're a WA member. I think you resigned one too many times.

I tried resigning and rejoining again to see if it was just a slip, didn't work.
I decided to give up and wait for tomorrow.

Endorsements vanish from your nation immediately when you resign, but the nations you endorsed either have to update or resign themselves for yours to disappear.

That's odd; some other nations had all their nations they endorsed disappear as soon as they rejoined.

I believe the difference was probably whether or not an update occurred between resigning and rejoining. It appears to me you resigned, and was then readmitted 11 hours ago. Your region updated 10 hours ago. Then you resigned and rejoined again 9 hours ago.

Had you resigned 11 hours ago, waited, then rejoined 9 hours ago (after region update) I think you'd have gotten the result you wanted.
