Weird issue repeating?

It may just be a coincidence, but twice today I've gotten the same issue as I received less than a day ago.

Like I said, maybe just a coincidence, but it would certainly be a statistically unusual coincidence. I don't know if there were recent changes in the underlying coding or not but if there were, it might be worth checking to see how it effected issue generation.

Don't have an answer for you, but just wanted to say that does seem somewhat odd. I'm not sure how issue odds are weighted, but I get the feeling that there's definitely something in the algorithm that looks at when you last received issue. For me at least, I usually won't receive a repeat issue until at least a few months have passed!!

Very possible you just "won" a repeat issue at 1:1,000 odds. I'll let someone else weigh in, but yeah - I think that's weird too.

While it's not unknown for issues to randomly generate twice close together, I can't see any issue that you're holding or have dismissed that you've answered within the last few days.

Did you use a different nation?

If you play on two different nations, it's possible you've received the same issue on two different nations within a day. That quite often happens to me.

Oh yes, I do see "A Wolf in Refugee's Clothing". You haven't answered it within the last four days, but I can see it's fairly recent (and, of course, I can't tell how long you've been holding the issue in your Issues).

I can confirm the coding for that issue hasn't been altered in well over a year. It's just a strange coincidence.
