Client Not Registered For API

Hi. I use API for recruitment, and I have been for some time. It always worked for me and did its job. I recently went on a family trip for a couple weeks, and when I got back, API wasn't working. On my usual site, (nstg-web) whenever I tried to send a telegram, It would come up saying I wasn't registered for API, error code 403. I tried sending it directly from the address given when I received the telegram and secret key, but the same thing happened. It just took me to the error page. Is this a bug, or have I just done something wrong in the process?
