(Ancient) appears after nation name

I have just created this nation, but when I make a post in the forum, the text (Ancient) appears after the nation name. Also my signature was lost to that (Ancient) nation, which also has no custom flag.

Edit: it appears normal here (and any posts created after), but the two links above still have the problem.
