[Q] Telegram Queueing

Hello — is there a way, either built into the site or with an app, to queue telegrams? That is, if I know I want to send a telegram at 12:01pm tomorrow, is it possible to write the telegram in advance and automate that sending process?

Not possible, IIRC. Wish it was, though.

Not automatically. You could using the telegram API, but that (A) requires some programming knowledge, or at least enough savvy to track down and figure out how to use one of the tools someone else has written, and (B) requires your computer to still be turned on when the scheduled time comes, even if you aren't personally attending it.
