The issue, "Transgender Recognition Demanded" LOWERS a nation's personal freedom whenever the second option is picked, and the second option is the most Civil-Rights oriented of the 3 given choices. The second option CLEARLY states that people have the freedom to choose but the state will not pay for it. Please fix this dumb glitch. When you're trying to custom-build your nation into a certain type, shit like this is annoying and makes progress harder.

Actually it doesn’t. Even in his hypothetical he refuses to refer to them as a woman. Basically saying “If they want to dress up fine, but they are still a man”, and really the crux of that issue is recognition, not actual transitioning.
