Random Stat decreases

Several hours ago I logged on only to discover that a few of my stats had greatly decreased. I found this odd as I had not answered a single issue in over a week. Can someone explain why my stats would suddenly decrease like that? Is it true that WA resolutions affect my stats?

Yes, WA resolutions will change your stats.

I'll add to Sanctaria and say that you get a telegram from the "World Assembly Compliance Commission" every single time a WA resolution is passed. That should be a hint to you that your stats were tweaked.

With that, I would like to ask one question: Is there a way to know which stats are affected? For example, the recent Agricultural Invasive Species Act (something along that line) should affect the Agricultural stats, but... How can we know which ones are affected?
