Search for regions - exclude tag.

When searching for a region by tags, is possible to filter out regions by tag? Example, I want to find a human-only, modern tech region, but I want passworded regions excluded. Because, I don't want passworded regions even if they're modern tech, role-playing regions to show up in the results.
