How do i get Heart Disease down?

53.8% of my nations deaths are heart disease. Only a rough 23% of deaths are old age. Any idea on how i can lower heart disease?

I believe it's done through increasing your nation's healthcare quality through issues. There are certain issues that pop up every now and then that relate to it.

So i have to lower obesity to lower heart disease. Well, i am in the top 10% for most obese citizens so its probably gonna take me forever
