Keep on getting redirected while browsing NS

I keep on getting redirected to this link while just going through the RMB or whatever:

I get the same thing. I believe that it may happen just on Android, but it could possibly occur on Apple products. However, im not sure.

Happens to me on an Android phone running Chrome 65.0.3325.109, usually when I hit the "Login" button on the forum UCP login page. Maybe 1/7 to 1/10 of the time over the last week or so? Not enough to get seriously annoyed by, but enough to notice.
