Vertical Ad in Horizontal Space

Recently, I've seen this bug occur quite a few times. In the ad space at the end of a page on the forums, the ad is supposed to be long horizontally. However, sometimes an ad will appear in that space which is long vertically -- as it normally is in the sidebar. It extends the page quite a bit. Here's a recent example (the entire ad isn't pictured):

Had this issue as well, I think since the ad switch.

Same. If it helps, most of the time I've seen it I've been here in Technical.
