Got a new policy that wasn't there before

Not too used to forum posts but I didn't know where else to put this
I checked my policies like a minute ago and it said I had "Atheism" and "prohibited religion" when I never had that policy before and never came across an issue that would give me that result. I checked the policies like maybe a day or two ago and it wasn't there, and it wasn't on my list of Notices either, it just came up out of nowhere.
Is this like a bug in the policies or something?

I noticed this too. I was just about to flag it up, but then I saw this thread. But yes, I have also got the Atheism policy in the last few days, despite not answering any recent issues to warrant it. I can say with absolute certainty that I have not chosen any option in any issue that bans the practice of religion, either recently or previously.

In addition, I have also got the "Gun Ownership" policy in recent days. Again, I have not answered any issue recently to warrant that...

Definitely has to be a bug. I haven't answered an issue that would result in that, and I even have an official religion! Whata is going on? o_O

Editors requested that this policy trigger at a different stat level than it was set at originally. So many nations may now have it despite not changing stats.

This applies to the following policies: "No Marriage," "Atheism," "Nudism," "Gun Ownership."

edit: I'm actually reviewing this with Editors now because I'm not sure the change was a good one.

Yeah, this is definitely wonky. I now have Atheism despite having ridiculously high religiousness and continuing to answer on the side of agnosticism/alternative/new-agey options.
