We get this whenever we try to look at a region when not logged in. Nations are fine, regions are not.

Edit: It started at about 1:20am Central Time [US].

I keep getting an error when I log into the nation, says my browser refuses to accept cookies? but I did not change any settings. I click on the world and it logs into my nation ..

I was logged in and got the same error as in the OP, or at least sorta.

Seems to be fine now..

Cookies thing too, try logging in, cookies error, try again...no problem.

Fixed.
