i need help with creating a forum and renaming that forum on the world Factbook for a new region.

These are the questions:

1) what is the code to put a forum in the fact book entry and how do you rename it?

2) how do you create multipliable tabs on a forum and rename them?

1) I'm pretty sure you just Cut-and-Paste it into the Factbook with the URL tags.
2) I have no idea.
