Non-Executive Founder/Executive Delegate tag

I was just curious whether or not a Non-executive Founder tag, or an Executive Delegate tag, could be added to the game. As of right now, you can't tell whether a region has a non-executive founder without looking at the region in-depth. I think it will make it easier for people to find regions that they can advance themselves politically.

Non-executive founder shows up at the top of the page in parenthesis next to the founder's name. So does WA delegate. Only really takes an "in-depth" look if you want to see what other permissions they have? And if you're looking to mass sort regions by this, i.e. as you could by clicking the tag on the region's page, that's possible with this info being included in the dumps. Granted, that's not as accessible as a tag, but we're also talking about a fairly niche classification/aspect of a region.
