Weird regional activity [Split from NationStates API]

I'm showing completely normal regional activity for that region. Those old dates are UNIX Epoch start dates* and appear only when no value is found in a timestamp field. Best guess is that you had a random bobble while loading the page.



*The Unix epoch (or Unix time or POSIX time or Unix timestamp) is the number of seconds that have elapsed since January 1, 1970 (midnight UTC/GMT)

May also be the long-unfixed NS++ bug where many old happenings it's supposed to load don't load, and sometimes timestamps on them are pushed back to said start date (I've also seen it happen re:timestamps in a few other situations with happenings when NS++ is active). If he's an NS++ user and hit "more happenings" it's more likely that than an vanilla NS bug.
