first time making an alt in a long time and I'm not sure how you do it anymore

If you go to your TG page, just below the box that says "inbox" where you can switch between inbox, archive, and sent, is a row of three buttons. One of them if preferences. On there, just click "block all" for recruitment, and click "update filters"
