When I try to upload this image [http://imgur.com/a/W3Ctr] it tells me it's not a valid image format (it's in jpg) when I don't put ripples, and when I do it gives me in the Error: Something went seriously wrong message. The image size is less than 250 KB at 113 KB.

I saved the image. I can't exactly link a file on my computer so I used the original page instead.

You could also just upload it to Imgur or similar photo sharing sites.

You say you're just having a problem with the ripple effect? Then maybe you should just upload it normally.

Look at the link. It's already on Imgur. They're uploading a flag. The source needs to be a file on their computer. Please take the time to read the problem before posting.

Let me clarify. I saved that imgur image to m computer. Then tried to upload it. When I try it with the ripple, it tells me Error, when I try it without the ripple, it tells me it's not a correct file (when it is).

Weird. That does give NS Error page when you try to ripple it. If you export it as a png instead of jpg it works fine though: https://www.nationstates.net/nation=anima_amore

Aha, thank you! I have seen this error in the server logs for months but could never find an image that triggered it. This does it. Now I can investigate.
