World Assembly Voting Reform

Postby Blaktodland » Fri Jul 21, 2017 8:51 am

The World Assembly resolution voting method is undemocratic because every country does not have equal say. I think the WA needs to make every country only have ONE vote when voting for resolutions.

Against. WA Delegates have one vote for every endorsement plus themselves. Taking this away would make the position of Delegate much less attractive for anybody (raider, defender or native), given the lost votes.

He also forgot to mention that every person who joins the WA also has exactly one vote aside from the regional delegate. So I don't know why he's saying the voting system is un-democratic when it is.
“One of the serious problems of planning against Aggie doctrine is that the Aggies do not read their manuals nor do they feel any obligations to follow their doctrine.”
“The reason that the Aggies does so well in wartime, is that war is chaos, and the Aggies practices chaos on a daily basis.”
“If we don’t know what we are doing, the enemy certainly can’t anticipate our future actions!”

They appear to be using modern political definitions:
Undemocratic - The thing I voted for lost. Change the Rules
Democratic - The thing I voted for won. Leave the Rules the same.
Everything you know about me is wrong. Or a rumor. Something like that.
