Can't remember all nations names

Several years ago I had quite a few nations over time other things took my time and they where all deleted. Now that I have more time I want to play again but I can't remember all of my nations names so is it possible to tell me the nations name associated with an email or my former region.

All of the Nations where in the region Imperial China this was 4 years ago. All I need is a copy of the nation names I looked for a record of nations of old regions but I couldn't find a nation name list

any help will be greatly appreciated.

Don't bother. We don't have any way to dig up that level of detail on CTE nations. Empty regions are removed entirely and tracelessly from the game and even living regions keep records for only a few weeks, so regional associations are not helpful. As for doing an email search in the nation archive, it's too processor-intensive to search over 4 million nations. The mods have asked for it, but [violet] said no.
