Question on how to remove NationStates results from Google..

Hello. I'm a bit concerned that when I apply to colleges in the future, when they google my full name, they'll find some nationstates posts I've made in the past that- though they aren't inappropriate or harmful- I still would not want for them to see. Thus, I am trying to find a way to remove them from google's search results, so I figured the best way to do that would be to contact the owners of the website via the forum. Is there any way this can be done? Also, if I'm on the wrong part of the forums for this kind of question, I apologise in advance, as this is my first time ever using the forums for anything.

Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Unless it's in a locked thread, you can edit the contents of your posts as often as you like, there's an "Edit" button in the upper right corner of your posts.

Honestly, you shouldn't be using your full name anywhere on Nationstates in the first place. If you have, and it's not where you can edit it out yourself, please let us know via the Getting Help page and include links to the forum posts or RMB posts in question. (Since obviously, telling us here in the forum what name we're looking for would be counterproductive to the whole "removing identifying info from public view. )

No, but you can self-delete them.

I self deleted and had all posts that mentioned me suppressed, yet it still appears in Google.

Google also doesn't update their cache instantly, it can take several days for their data scraper to pass through again and register the change to the page.
