Time has changed, but issues come 1 hour later.
Example: 4 pm(old time) now, 5 pm!

Blame Daylight Savings Time. The clock went forward an hour on Sunday, and so did the time that you recieve your issues.

More specifically, the server ignores Daylight Saving Time and still gives issues at 6-hour intervals without change, but you're perceiving it as being one hour later because your own clock switched to Daylight Saving Time.
