Bring back Dismiss all

I've been here on NS for around 10+ years and I've enjoyed every new update or tweak that Max and the Tech team has put out but one thing I don't like is them getting rid of the [Dismiss All] button on the issues page. I have many nations and it's a hassle going through each individual issue and dismissing them all one by one.

My nation management along with others would go on a lot smoother if this feature were added back into the game.

Plus on a side note I'd like to know why it was taking out in the first place?

Issue answer rates were greatly improved with its removal, so I don't see it coming back. The thought process is if you are logging on to dismiss all your issues, vacation mode would be better suited. We want people to answer issues not feel compelled to dismiss all by a red notification number.
