The Case of the Dissapearing Quote Button

I may be going mental, or perhaps I'm missing something obvious, but the 'Quote' and 'Edit' buttons seem to have vanished from individual posts.

In fact, the buttons are there, they just happen to be invisible. Probably a problem on my end.
