CLICK ON THE WA AND NOTE THAT THE DICTATORSHIP OF JIM PRESCOTT WAS ADMITTED TO THE WA IN LESS THAN A COUPLE OF MINS!!!! DIDNT WE HAVE TO WAIT A WHOLE 24 HOURS????!!!!!

Indeed Bush set a dangerous precedent when he trivialised the workings of the UN . We should never allow such to happen to our beloved WA, which I knw u all are a part of.

Well, if you want an actual explanation, the WA application emails are sent at the two updates. So if you apply seconds before the update, you will get the email in less than a minute. If you apply seconds after the update it will send at the next update 12 hours later.

The 24 hour application is left over from when the game only updated once a day, and should be changed to 12 hours if the telegram still says that.
