Two regions at once?!

Could someone explain this to me? The nation of Empire of Empress Romelika currently appears in the regional list for South Pacific. However that nation is also in the list for region The imperial states of romelikdom. Is this a bug in the game?

I believe that it can take awhile for the lists to update. But they didn't move recently (last few hours), so it probably is a glitch of some sort.

Looks like that nation CTE'd 106 days ago: 106 days ago: Regional Founder The Romelikaan Imperium of Empire of Empress Romelika ceased to exist.

Coincidentally, their residency ranking in South Pacific and their current region is 106 days.

Given the recent activity, they were refounded at some point. Looks like they CTE'd, a server goblin fell asleep, and they were left on the South Pacific's roster. I've tried flushing both the nation cache and both region's cache to no avail. It'll likely need an admin.

Speaking of South Pacific but with the added definite article, I noticed that these three nations continue to be on TSP's nation list but have long CTEd:
