How do I make a poll on a forum thread? I've seen other people with it but I don't know how to do it.

When you make a topic, scroll down.

There should be a button that says options and the one next to it should say poll creation.

Being in a region, which everyone is since it's impossible to not be in one, has nothing to do with creating polls on the forum.
