Query about WA membership.

My old nation, Sweatycrotch, got deleted. Presumably for having an innaproppriate name. That's fair enough, I learned my lesson and I'm not gonna moan about it.
However, that nation was a WA member, and I'm aware that I can't use two WA nations with the same IP.
As my old nation was deleted and I can't possibly use it to break the rules, can I now join the WA with this one?

Yes, if it is deleted it isn't in the WA, so it's just like you resigned.

Topid's hit it on the head. When a nation is deleted, whether by the mods or from inactivity, they are removed from the WA. When a former WA nation is revived, they have to reapply to be in the WA; so yes, you can apply for WA membership with your new account without showing up as a multi.
