Would a black and white custom banner of a girl with a collar and a slightly blood-stained chin be too much? No nudity, gore or anything like that. Her face isn't shown either. I'd post a link but I think I'm not allowed to.

This a Moderation issue, not a Technical one. I will tow the thread in a moment. It sounds like it is probably acceptable, but if you want a definite ruling, we need to see the image. If your description is accurate, that is OK to link in a forum post. Forum posts are held to a lower standard than gameside, and there's not a good way to get around the fact that we can't rule on it without seeing it.

Given your warning record for pushing/crossing the PG-13 threshold, while this banner by itself is fine, I would urge you to use extra caution and recommend avoiding the BDSM imagery entirely. It's much harder to accidentally cross the line if you give the line a wide zone of avoidance.

Yeah, I'm pretty close to getting permanently banned, so I won't risk it. Nudity, on the other hand, is fine as long as breasts and genitals are covered, right?

A scantily clad girl in pasties and buttfloss may technically be "covered," but that'd still get dinged. Nudity is not okay, and once again, trying to push the limits on just where the line is between "covered" and "obscene/over-sexualized" is a Very Bad Idea.

If I may - when it comes to stuff like BDSM, my rule of thumb is, if I have to ask "is this okay?" then don't post/use it.

Your pic isnt much different from a previous avatar I had and used frequently on here (it was a woman wearing a collar, no nudity or the like) and I never incurred any warnings for it.

So my nation is a Nudist nation and I was wondering for a custom banner if I could add a picture of a girl's legs, belly, or upper chest (not the breasts). If it's not allowed just say "it's not allowed". There is no genitalia. Like only stuff, you'd see at a normal beach.
