Erm, doesn't it come in the middle of the day? It would seem that it's a lot easier for you to sneak a raid in during the middle of the day rather than having to stay up til 4 AM. It's much more convenient for the largest player base (USA), and it's not as horrid for the UK as it was for the USA.

Yeah... the only non-optimal time which is from about 2:30-4 or 5 AM falls mostly in the Atlantic now.

I guess some Europeans may be less pleased with having to wake up at 6 AM (or stay up until 6...), but that is still more manageable than the 4 AM that the US East coast had to deal with.

I actually think that most people are pleased with the time change.

No matter what the update time is, somebody is bound to be unhappy. It's simply how the world works. Literally.

As per this thread, I'm looking at moving to two daily updates. But for the moment, I've shifted the main update to where it's most convenient for most people.
