Yes you need TG stamps to send mass TG's. You can purchase stamps from the NS Store here.

If you are a officer in a region with Communications Authority, you can also send mass telegrams FYI. But those are limited to region's nations only.

You can send 8 for free, this is called manual recruitment...and I'm not entirely sure why eight, I may enquire.

Beyond that there are two other methods. Firstly, using the API sends one message every 120s (according to the scripting rules that you must follow).

Eight was the maximum you could send in a single telegram to people, for group conversations etc. - group TGs don't quite work with NS though.

That's because conversations aren't stored in groups, but they do work. The Sovereign Charter has used them repeatedly for matters of regional management in the past.

They don't work as in easy to use, and every time we've used them we've quickly either switched to individual TGs or offsite, not to mention they quickly fill up your inbox if non PMG.
