[Glitch] Admited to WA and not in WA

I've resigned from WA with Premier Uno2, applied with Premier Uno3 and successfully been admited to WA.
However, It didn't allow me to get endorsements or give them, the logo of WA didn't appear in my nation and in WA's page it let me apply again to WA... But still receive this error message:
"Another WA member nation is currently using the same email address. If you want to shift WA membership to this nation, please resign the other nation from the World Assembly first.

You are only permitted to have one WA member nation at a time. This rule is strictly enforced. For more information, see the World Assembly FAQ."

This happened at 25/07/16 during Minor update.

Thanks for reporting. It was a synchronization issue between you and the WA. You're now in the WA (the WA already thought you were, your nation disagreed).
