[Glitch] Hit a region and point didn't get WAD

So tonight we tried to raid: https://www.nationstates.net/region=the ... o_the_east
as you can see in the regional happenings we did indeed hit
75 minutes ago: Scieca Yeodeoljae became WA Delegate of The Mountains to the East.
however our point never got the delegacy

I'm not sure what caused this to happen or if it can be fixed but I think this has happened a few times before.

This is a race condition in our codebase, for which there is no easy answer. Sorry.

Two options for next time it happens:
1. File a GHR so a GM can manually set you to be delegate. (only if they wish to do so, that's up to them)
2. Wait until the next update comes around.
