Small Developer Request for Standardization

On the Category for SC Proposals & Resolutions for Commendation & Condemnation it simply shows the Nominee with no mention of whether it is a region or a nation being the target of the Commendation or Condemnation.

However, on the Category for SC Proposals & Resolutions for Liberations, it explicitly states "(region)" although that is the only entity that can actually be liberated.

We are wondering if "(region)" or "(nation)" could be added to SC Proposals & Resolutions for Commendation & Condemnation.

Currently it looks like:

Category: Commendation     Nominee: xxx
Category: Condemnation     Nominee: xxx
-- and --
Category: Liberation       Nominee (region): xxx
