I was wondering how you get a WA delegate? i founded my own region and i am the only WA member. There are 4 nations in it. How do i get to be a WA delegate?

Once you have a friend or whatnot in the WA, and in your region, have them go to your nation page, and endorse you. The nation with the most endorsements in the region becomes delegate.
