A Tiny Question...

I've discovered this problem quite a lot and others have too. It's about the interpretation of the levels of issues such as the economy, political rights and civil rights.
For example, which is better, 'Fragile' or 'Weak' ?
From my point of view, there is no way of knowing.
If anyone could perhaps post a list of the different levels, I'm sure that would be a great help to many people.

levels.. hmmm

i dont think such demarcations exist. Fragile and weak are part of the same continua.

They do, as is shown in the wikipedia article that I linked.

The two links given I believe are dated now in the "Civil Rights" category; I have seen nations with "Frightening" Civil Rights level, which is not mentioned in those two links. Methinks "Corrupted" as the highest Civil Rights ranking has been replaced with the new "Frightening" tag.
