Post checking offline

Don't know if this is an already covered issue: couldn't find it through "search". If it's so, please forgive me.

Problem: I'm writing long(ish) pages of code for Nation presentation, Storefront, etc.
To check the correct effects of the code (spelling, formatting, images, etc.) I use to start a "fake" post and hit "Preview" (without obviously actually submitting it.

Problem are:
- the process is longish, as all this back and forth is slowed down by internet connection speed (which is not always ideal, here). Each minor change needs Post, Copy, Paste, Preview, Back, ...
- the risk of hitting "Submit" instead of "Preview" is always looming...

Question: is there any application (for Mac, if it makes any difference) I can use "offline" just for this authoring work?

I did not ask for a compiler! Check my post: I asked for some way to make just the "preview" offline, in order to not running the risk of hitting "submit" instead of "preview" and to speed up the "showing" of the post, given that ADSL is slow sometimes, and sometimes, like a few minutes ago, the server itself takes a pause, which is annoying if one is writing long codes to be checked frequently (which is the case with storefronts).

If I was lazy, I wouldn't spend so much time for working on a game, no?
