Spoiler tags do not accept special characters

My guess is that it's probably for security reasons.

Well, assuming the url tags obviously accept [/] and [:] and color tags [#], I could not see how characters for spoiler tags could be an issue (and still cannot).

But whatever, technical limitations are technical limitations.
